“Just Launched” - Pointless Meaning and How Long For?

So having only been on this platform since mid January with many successful Sales but no feedback, how long does ones account show “Just Launched” for?

As it appears related to feedback, then in theory it would seem possible for someone to trade successfully with many positive transactions and still show as “Just Lauched” infinitum?

On the other side, at one time they had a system whereby after a determined period, any transactions without issues would automatically by regarded as positive transactions and scored as such where feedback had not received.

No news being good news and the customer must be satisfied after x time else they would have raised issues at an early stage.

As a buyer, does “Just Launched” put buyers off?

Having said that if one gets their first positive feedback and now comes out of “Just Launched” and now shows 100% (1) that doesn’t look too good either.

Does there need to be a better seller performance hierarchy shown to buyers?

Perhaps a traffic light system but not showing feedback/transaction count.

Easier to see in a list of other sellers selling the same item perhaps.

Your storefront will show as “Just Launched” if you haven’t received a single Seller Feedback rating over the period of 12 months.

On Amazon, sellers are normally getting feedback on less than 1% of sales so this is nothing unusual.

Most buyers won’t look at your feedback percentage or comments anyway. The most important thing on Amazon is to maintain the BuyBox, this way you will be able to get the majority of sales on each listing.
