Dodgy refund requests
Hi, Advice please. I’ve recently had 3 separate refund requests from the same buyer, for 3 separate orders. Am I supposed to just keep refunding him? seems wildly coincidental that all 3 were lost in the post. I sadly did not add tracking - lesson learned there - but I’ve never had an issue previously, now 3!

Unfortunately if you can’t prove delivery you have no option but to refund him.
Keep a note of his name/address and be sure to send any future orders to him with tracking
