File tax return in UK as a amazon seller

Hi everyone, I know it might be a silly question, but I’m trying to fill tax return as a self-employed and my side hustle is Amazon Seller.

Question I got is, does amazon pays 20% or do I need to pay taxes from my profit (net) or how does it work

Thank you in advance.

if you are based in UK, you report your income and expenses to HMRC through your self assessment and they will let you know how much you owe - amazon do not do it for you

If you are also employed, you will more than likely have used your tax allowance and therefore will have tax to pay on your profits
