Getting a counterfeit brand removed from a listing?

hi there how do i actually get seller central to actually do something about a listing which has been hijacked by a seller to show that he is the “brand owner” when he is not ??, the asin in question is:- B085RRSRRD, i purchased some of the VERY same from the same wholesaler as him it was sold as “vivid” brand ,so while i waiting for my delivery to arrive i entered it into to my inventory ready,to sell, and as soon as i try to list it"no products found" despite it clicking through to the exact picture supposed to be “lrsupplies” but it is actual made by “vivid” and there is a colour variation also live currently as its True brand listing of “vivid”, but this so called brand lrsupplies has sold out and i cant list mine,and when i raised it last week SC transferred it some where as a product violation “required urgent attention”, but it is still locked out, also this lrsupplies is selling the same “lrsupplies anti bacterial cleaning cloth/scrubber” on counterfeit bay and on buy, and on buy claim they verify all sellers ?? , wish i had never bought the stock now i either return and proably not get my money back or set fire to it the good SC doing about sorting out a listing violation/counterfeit branding
