Have buy box but not getting sales

Hey all, so I have one item that sells about 1.5x a week total. I have the buy box on this item and for a month now it has not sold. I have the lowest price other than Amazon Warehouse stock, and I see the sales rating drop, but the sales are not going to me…and it doesn’t appear to be the Amazon Warehouse items selling.

So what could be happening here? The next cheapest seller is Amazon who sells it for like £10 more…are buyers really paying more to buy from Amazon?
