Resealable poly bags

My product is in a resealable poly bag is this ok under amazon TOS as i cant see it anywhere?

if not can i just seal it shut with a staple or a sellotape?

I am also shipping my small items such as charms or pendants into FBA packaged in nothing else but resealable polybags and I never experienced any issues.

I Have too. Just put a warning sticker on mine and so far no issues.
