Chargeback initiated on a item that hasn't been delivered
hi - I need some advice on whether or not I should contact USPS to retrieve an item that is out for delivery tomorrow.
I received an email from Amazon stating they received a chargeback on an item I sold. It was a high value item and it hasn’t not been delivered.
I provided Amazon everything they asked for in the email, shipping confirming, tracking, date of shipment, etc.
I just don’t know if I should ask usps to not deliver the item. Or should I just wait for a response from Amazon

I know it's been a couple of weeks since you first posted this so I just wanted to check in and see how the chargeback ended up playing out for you. Unfortunately, I can't offer any advice on what to do about the package since chargebacks are decided on by the credit card company and not Amazon, but I did want to check in on things to make sure our chargebacks team was able to help appeal this for you.
