Can't get a call from Account Health

Hi

Does anyone know how to resolve the following: I am trying to have account health call me, but I keep getting the following error when trying to have them call me. I tried mutiple browsers, but the same issues occurrs. Any ideas?

What's your problem.

There are over 9.7 million sellers on Amazon. If 1/10000 of them need call back help daily, the line would have 9.7000 wait in it. Now, we do not know if Amazon has 4-8 employees to make call backs. Just wait.

I did remove your screenshot due to the personal information included in it. Typically when you receive this type of error there can be a number of situation that may have occurred including these teams being busy as mentioned by @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWX. Other situations can include technical related situations where we may ask how long this has been ongoing.

Due to the nature of the concern, I did communicate with our account health support team who advised they had received several calls from you over the past few days, but each call had gotten disconnected. Can you advise on what the situation is that your experiencing? If you are trying to resolve a policy violation or account health related concern, I would ask that you provide more information or post your performance notification so I can offer more guidance in this space.

I am confused about the invoice which needs to address the violation of asin: B00Z0UWWYC. Does the invoice need to address all of the skus of the asin or just the one sku which incurred the violation?

The invoice should address the ASIN itself, as this represents the product.

Regarding the product, were sourcing these Logitech products from an authorized wholesale distributor. Do your invoices reference all the requirements from our help page I previously posted? Do you have a letter of authorization from Logitech to list and sell these on amazon?

Depending on the situation, this could result in a brand review which will prohibit the listing of previously approved brands until we can verify authenticity of the products and sourcing.
