Return not received
We have had a return for an item that the buyer did not want as they did not fit, they started the return and got a refund on first scan but the item has not arrived. It still says its at the Evri depot. What do I do in this situation as there are no links in the return for me to report this.

If it is lost, you are supposed to claim via Evri. Maximum claim is £20. But as HOSupplies says, if its only been a few days, you’ll need to wait.
Other users will be able advise the Evri claim process.

Just for everyone’s info… I opened up a SAFE-T claim for this return. This was initially refused as the courier has actually scanned the item. When I pointed out it hadn’t moved for 3 weeks they have granted it! I think the customer returning it must have to make the claim for the lost item, they will be reimbursed that way?

It was only a small order but the money has been refunded to me. So whether its Amazon funded or customer funded I do not know?
