Dont you just love some customers!
Some customers are enough to drive you insane. We just had one open a returns case on a next day delivery for missed deadline. DPD had tried to deliver but they were not in and they were carded (plus text message) but that is by the by. I contact the customer to tell her to refuse delivery when they re-attempt and then it will come back to us but that would be too easy … the customer then accepts the delivery instead
Now they are chasing me up for a returns label as they still do not want it…honestly these people should not be allowed near a computer !

why did the customer buy/purchase from you in the first place?
as they are just wasting you time,as u have to pack the items for dleivery, and packaging material dont allways come cheap
are they tryig to get something for nothing?
as once a person has signed for delivery, this means they have accepted the package.

Accept the return but retain your outgoing P+P as it’s a change of mind.

Refusing delivery isn’t a correct way how to return items on Amazon.
The buyer needs to accept the package and then return the item if she no longer wants/needs it.
