GPSR Help Required

Hi,

I am pulling out my hair (and I don't really have much anyway!) why the GPSR information I submitted for our pet pads in both Germany and France have been rejected. I have spent hours and hours on the phone to customer support and a GPSR Department (?) and I am still none the wiser.

As regards the specification document does this need to be written in English or German/French and also what information specifically is required?

We have even sent the approved CE approval for the EU on this product, data sheets, specification sheets and now we are 'at risk' of having our listings removed (although the same sheet was accepted in Spain and Italy).

This is a big deal for us as we are inporting directly into the EU and have another 40ft HQ container on its way.

I know this is still a big issue for many and probably will be resolved long term but we cannot take this risk and I could do with an Admin who is conversant with GPSR that can confirm exactly what they require.....

Our packaging sticker for the EU and our EU representative have all been accepted it is just this that we cannot seem to sort after many many months.
