New Account - never verified, but deactivated

Good morning

I set up an account in May and was almost immediately deactivated.

On 22 May I received the below and immediately updated my credit card details.

Hello,
You are receiving this e-mail because you recently applied to sell on Amazon or you recently changed information on your seller account.
If you recently applied to sell on Amazon: At this moment, we are not able to verify your account, so your account cannot be activated. Please follow the steps under “How do I proceed with my application or reactivate my account?”
If you currently sell on Amazon: For your security, we have suspended your Amazon seller account. We need to verify a change to your payment methods. If you did not make this change, contact Seller Support. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon. Please ship any open orders. If you have any funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
How do I proceed with my application or reactivate my account?
To sell on Amazon, we need to verify your identity, business information, or both. You can confirm that you would like to begin the verification process in the following way:

  1. Confirm you have a valid credit card on file.
  2. Click the “Appeal” button next to this e-mail on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/customer-experience/perf-notifications.html).

I have received very generic emails and am still unsure of the real reason for my deactivation.

In my account it says that I have failed the identity verification but am unable to edit or change anything. Any thoughts on how I can check my uploaded documents and resubmit.

Any help in getting my account verified would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same when I first started, I did what was suggested and it still took a couple of weeks to get sorted. Maybe check the “about me” section on settings, maybe there is something there missing you didn’t pick up. I know it’s not a massive help but I am still not 100% sure what the issue was with my account as well.
