Deactivated account problem

for almost 6 years ago,I requested from Amazon close my account after that they closed it.

After 3 years I decide to sell something again and I want to reopen Amazon account again and Amazon they open my account this account name is which is now currently using this; the problem I always explain this but amazon always send me automatic message on the other hand I can not open case amazon can not allowed this, From Amazon team can someone reach me please
