Having trouble getting RRP to be displayed on my listing
I’m trying to get that nice looking crossed-off sale price for my products. Ive read that it is done using RRP(recommended retail price), so I have set my RRP to 22.45, my standard price at 22.45 and sale price at 14.99. It’s been a week or so and nothing has changed. Is there something I may be doing wrong?
Only the sale price of 14.99 is being displayed, not the RRP or standard price. ( there is no crossed-off sale display)
Would really appreciate any help from more experienced sellers. Thanks in advance

Amazon will not always show an RRP. As an example, if the RRP has never been the price on Amazon or Amazon cannot verify it is a realistic price - they’re trying to stop some sellers pretending a discount is being applied when it isn’t.

I think its completely automated, nothing to do with rrp or sale price.
I sold an item on FBA, for obviously a bit more than my FBM items. When I sold out of FBA stock I started selling my FBM items, by pure fluke I realised that a listing was showing the crossed out price, stating that it was on sale at my non sale standard FBM price, and the crossed out price was my FBA price.
I have never filled out the RRP box. or the sale box for this specific product, I created the listing, and am the only seller
