I recieved some negative feedback which I feel contains obscenities. I requested a removal of this feedback and it was denied saying it did not break the Amazon Feedback Policy. It came from a customer who did not receive their order. They have made no effort to contact me, just left this feedback.
The feedback reads:
"F*******g royal mail waste of f******g space didn't bother delivering f**k all they're thieving ba****ds all of them So yep I'm f****d off"
In the email I had informing me they were not removing it, it also say...
For your reference, Amazon will remove feedback when:
The feedback includes obscene language.
Can anyone translate the Amazon policy into something I might be able to understand?
Ironically, I was stopped from posting this as it had obcene language in it. I have * out the swearing but in the feedback the words are there in all their glory.
