Amazon is destroying my business
Hello,
Just wanted to ask is it actually possible that amazon is that bad at customer service?
I have complained so many times as they haven’t even tried to help me, but now I actually got an email saying, that my product will be reinstated, but nothing is happening, keep giving me errors!
Is it true that such a big company doesn’t help their sellers at all?
What to do to be heard?
Has anyone else has any problems with them?

I have given up with them. I got penalised for Royal mail leaving an item safe and had to refund the customer, so on Amazon advice we started sending items signed for. I got a negative yesterday because her postman took the item back to the sorting office and she had to collect it. I complained to Amazon to have this removed, and they ignored me, and in fact then threatened to suspend my account if I asked for it to be removed for just a 2nd time. I still have SFP but lost premium sales because we were not supplying tracking on 100% but we use Amazon shipping, so it is their system. I explained this and ignored. It seems Amazon will only respond if they feel they are in the right but if they go against their own policy to please a customer they ignore us. No point pushing the point as they never answer.
