I’m new to selling on Amazon, my account is deactivated before I can even sell do I need to have a video identity call to verify that it’s me actually selling on the account, if so how do I do it please.

All new seller accounts are deactivated whilst they check all the documentation you have provided.
You should have had an email telling you what more is needed, if anything and how to arrange a video verification, if required.
You just need to follow any instructions in the email.
