Safe-T Team's uselessness is Beyond Belief
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a return and refund issue.
An item was returned by the buyer and automatically authorized by Amazon.
A refund was also automatically issued by Amazon, but I never received the returned item.
When I filed a Safe-T claim, I was instructed to claim from Royal Mail. However, Royal Mail informed me that I cannot make a claim as Amazon is the account holder.
This Safe-T claim has been repeatedly rejected.
Woould anyone have any idea onhow to resolve this matter, as I have followed all the necessary procedures and yet am unable to recoup my losses

the safe- t team are correct. As per Amazon policy you are supposed to claim for the lost return via Royal Mail.
The fact that Royal Mail won’t let you appears to be none of amazons concern. Right @Winston_Amazon? @Julia_Amazon? @Maya_Amazon?
It’s been years now to fix this issue, Amazon don’t care. I’d say letter before action to Amazon to be honest at this point.

Hello @Seller_HFVt2oFsT0nRo,
We're hosting an "Ask Amazon" event with the Safe-T team on September 10th.
You can find more details here.
We invite you to participate and ask questions about Safe-T processes and get expert replies.
Kind regards,
Sarah.
