Selling on Amazon in Europe via a fiscal representative
Hi,
Looking for some advice, we are now using a fiscal representative in Holland to sell to Europe. Previously all our listings in Europe were updated whenever we made a change to the UK listing, I believe this acted as a master listing. I am under the understanding that longer happens anyone’s advice if this is correct.
2nd thing I need help with - do I now input into my account information for the European marketplaces with the VAT number of the fiscal rep we use in the Netherlands?
My wife who previously managed this is now on maternity and I have come into too this cold and would appreciate any advice. I have submitted a case with amazon which has not been very helpful

As far as I know, the Build International Listings tool is still operative - assuming you’ve got it “switched on”.
I don’t think you’re allowed to include other people’s VAT numbers in your Amazon account details.

If the goods are in Holland or any other EU country when they are sold then you need to be registered for VAT in that country.
