Shipment stuck
I have approximately 600 shipments that were sent via FedEx Ground Economy using Amazon Buy Shipping, all on the same day. Unfortunately, it appears that these shipments have been stuck at a distribution center for over two weeks. So far, I’ve received more than 150 A-to-Z claims that have been refunded, and the number continues to grow daily—each one negatively impacting my Order Defect Rate (ODR), despite the fact that the labels showed “Claim Protection” at the time of purchase.
To make matters worse, the refunded amounts have been deducted from my account, and I’ve submitted appeals for around 10–20 of the claims with clear explanations, but all have been automatically denied—likely by a bot. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue, as it is seriously affecting my account health.
