My products were incorrectly blocked. I have already written appeals highrisk-childsafety-eu@amazon.co.uk and created many Food and Product Safety Issues reports. I have sent photos of the document, asked for explanations. Unfortunately, my reports are not verified in any way, when I ask a question I NEVER get an answer. Reports are immediately blocked and the answer is always automatic and the same.

It is ridiculous that no one in the above channels tries to explain. I do not know if it is a matter of the process or the lack of competence of the people who handle it.

And I am recording losses with each passing day...

Please advise where to seek help.

I am reseller of branded products , I know eu responsible persons,contacts etc. but some issues are bizarre

1) Upload images or a document with the product's warning and safety information in the language of the country of sale.

What if warnings and safety info are on the instruction inside box and product is sealed? I have to throw away seals?

2)compliance media content type - if product has instruction inside the box I choose - instructions for use

3)compliance media language - if I sell in Spain so I choose ES in compliance

4) what is Compliance Media Source Location?

what I have to upload?
