I sell products in contact with food, (ceramics, porcelain). General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) for these products, but I don't know how to get this document. I don't know where to get it. Can anyone help me?

From the manufacturer. If you are the Manufacturer you can check here https://sellercentral.amazon.de/ckpfor qualified Labs that can perform the tests for you and give you the certificates.
