Postage Costs for new listings

Hi I am still pretty new to selling on amazon, when listing new products there is a postage cost at the bottom that i cannot change and i cannot change the postage costs when managing inventory, is there a way for me to offer free postage to me customers ?

You would need to be on the paid professional selling plan to do that.

Yes, above is correct - to be able to set your own postage costs or offer free shipping you need to pay the Professional Selling Plan fee of £30 a month, otherwise you have to accept Amazon’s default charge specifically for the category of your items.
