When I have high value FBM book sales, I've been dispatching with Evri standard drop off, paying extra for Signature Confirmation for added peace of mind. I purchase all my shipping via Amazon Buy Shipping. I've just noticed that all the times recently that I have paid extra for Signature Confirmation, the "Delivery label purchase" section of the order has updated with "Confirmation Service: Delivery Confirmation". I'm paying extra for Signature Confirmation, but only actually receiving standard Delivery Confirmation. It seems that Evri aren't even receiving the instruction to obtain a signature from the customer, therefore I now wonder what is even the point in paying extra for it?

For example - I had a very large sale last week - 9 books in one order, I paid for Signature Confirmation. The Evri driver just left the parcel leaning against an outside door at commercial premises, outside of business hours. They took a photo which is added to the tracking, but no signature requested or received. According to the order, I only purchased Delivery Confirmation, even though I was charged for Signature Confirmation.

Anybody else had/having the same issue?

I've raised a case with Amazon Seller Support, but they have replied with a long sermon on the virtues of purchasing Signature Confirmation, and how to raise a complaint with Evri; but they haven't actually addressed the issue I reported.

When I use Buy Shipping for Rm Special delivery, the printout to my label printer is low quality and grainy.

Does this matter? I worry that the barcodes will not be readable.

In contrast, the RM24 and RM48 labels always print crystal clear.

Anyone else had this issues?

I have a SFP account. Within my account I have the option to buy shipping. More often than not, due to the items that I ship I use the DPD option. However there are occasions when using the buy shipping Evri option would work better for my business.

As recently as Jan this year the Evri labels purchased via buy shipping were only valid for 'collections' not drop off at an Evri collection point. The Evri drop off points can not scan the labels provided by Amazon. I dont use Evri enough to warrant a collection.

I raised this with Amazon who have recently ( 7 days ago) told me that the Evri labels that are now provided via the buy shipping option are now suitable for use at drop off points. Frankly I don't trust the information that Seller support has given me. I dont think they are deliberately giving me the wrong information I am not sure they have really understood the question.

Their answer was clear. " If you are using this option, you have to drop off your seller-fulfilled orders at a Evri Parcel Shop."

Is anyone out there using the buy shipping option to print Evri Labels that are taken to and accepted at an Evri drop of point?
