I am becoming the victim of a parallel import scam from someone registering brands they don't own. I have received 4 complaints from one seller who is registering trademarks on brands they don't own. There was a previous thread on this that is now locked. I'd like to highlight this seller as well. How do I do that pls? I don't wish to publically name and shame, but I can do if requested. Brands that are owned by KraftHeinz, NewellRubbermaid in question here.

@Julia_Amazon Julia you asked for comments on the prior thread below. I can DM details if you like, or just post them here. Looking at the prior thread all 4 products are the same as ones highlighted before. Crystal Light, K9, Prismacolor and Topicals.

This does happen and there is probably nothing you can do to fight the violation unless the trademark gets removed.
You can't highlight a particular seller on here as the listing will be edited by a Mod.
I would personally see if you can notify the actual brand owner. They may then be able to get the trademark removed, however with these big companies it is often hard to get hold of the right people.
I am surprised at the likes of KraftHeinz not registering a brand though. Is it a brand that is normally sold in another country and has been imported into the UK?
Contact the brand owner. I had a case when another seller whom a brand owner added as a rep in the brand registry to create A+ reported us for a parallel import. The brand owner retracted complaints.
This happens to us pretty often. We've been hit by 10+ complaints by fraud trademark owners. We've complained about this to Amazon before, including here on the forums, but as usual Amazon does not do anything about it unless they face publicity or a lawsuit. Ruthless corporate.
