Help with exclusions and overwritten products

Hey, I need a bit of help, we have just changed a lot of our prices using a inventory upload file and it all worked fine. Issue is that when we reconnect wth the EU market places we still get 20% or so that show up as an exclusion with the exclusion method overwrite. I can’t find where it is overwritten (especially as we have just reconnected them all!) If I reconnect again they will disappear, only to re appear again in a few hours.
