Account Level Reserve pending payment
Hello, my payments have been postponed for about three months as (Account Level Reserve) and this situation has shaken our business and budget since it is our only source of income. We have now had to take out a loan. I have passed all the necessary verifications to make our payments and they said I do not have any tax debt. My account balance is also clean. I do not understand why my payment is being held. If a valuable Amazon official can help me, I would be very happy. Thank you.

Every account has a reserve, due to the DD+7 policy, unless you were able to postpone it until later this year - only available to those who received an email.

In the last 60 days I have made £3400 of Sales and only had 1 payout. Everytime I go to make a payment it just keeps saying pending for 24 hours then doesnt pay out just pushes next payout further away.

Are the payments trying and failing or just not trying at all? do you have both bank details and charge method verified?
