Where is the shipping contribution?

I have always sold books with a shipping contribution, but I have noticed that sometimes the shipping contribution does nor appear in the listing.
Here is an example:
The Human Mind: Amazon.co.uk: Winston, Professor Lord Robert: 9780593052105: Books

How can I modify it?
