My Amazon account has just been verified. I sent my first products to Amazon's warehouse. However, even after 1 month, the purchase box was closed. While I wasn't in my office, my 11-year-old cousin chatted with the seller support team using unprofessional language. After that my account was deactivated. Even though I have sent an e-mail 5-6 times, I receive a response stating that we want more information. Can you please help with this? My account is still closed :(

How do I get back to the old view?

I am unable to view cases as the view button doesn't work on the case log page. I have reported via the feedback button bottom right but I highly doubt anything will happen.

The only way right now to get back to the old view is to click on a link in an email.

I have been selling om Amazon UK for 16 years and now they ask me to verify my old bank account again. "No problem", I thought: "it's always the same bank".

I have opened a case, and they have sent me a link of instructions.

I visit Account info, click on banking, UK flag, they send me a message to my cell phone and ask me to approve it.

However my cell phone is a Nokia and the message is made for a smart phone, it's a link to Amazon UK.

I've tried to copy the link on my laptop, but I got a message of error.

I have contacted SS chat, but they just told me to approve it.

Thank you, but how? It's a Nokia, not a smart phone!

There must be a solution.

Any idea?
