XLP1 Fulfilment Centre Undeliverable?
We have sent something to XLP1 and the courier is having a hard time finding it. We thought the courier was at fault but when we googled XLP1 which is in Deeside there is nothing that comes up in that location other than DCE1 “The Airfields” site?
Has anyone else had issues with this?

Amazon were opening another site there last year. I don’t think they were planning to take delivery of inbound shipments though as it was going to be a delivery centre.

We keep having the same issue, DPD keep sending the goods back and today we have loads of boxes come back that aren’t ours, which I think DPD have relabelled incorrectly as they contain expensive perfumes, so other companies are having issues.
Have you got any further with this?

I have had a response from DPD today, who say the FC refused delivery as they were too busy, so DPD returned the parcel. Apparently, DPDs depot is too small to hold the parcels until Amazon will take them, so I guess we need to find another courier who doesn’t have this issue.

I believe it is the Great Bear Distribution Centre, they are running Amazon contract in their own warehouse

Turns out after months it definitely seems like a courier issue. Don’t use DX24.
Package has been lost.
