URGENT - received order, but account inactive! How can I reactivate my account?
I received an email from Amazon reading "Action required: Account set to inactive due to dormancy". I sell books - probably only about one cheap book every two months or so. Somehow an expensive order has still come through, and now I cannot log in! I'm going round in circles trying to reactivate it - I've tried re-inputting my bank card details,e tc.. I cannot click on anything in my account dashboard - everything is deactivated. Please help so I can fulfil my customer's order!

Did you manage to resolve this? I am in exactly the same situation and can see that there have been many other sellers with the same problem but no-one responds. The supposed help section is useless as it is inaccessible.
