Account Restricted, KYC Verification is taking way too long to get finalized

Our Amazon UK selling account has been under KYC verification since March, and as of today, July 17th, it still remains restricted. Despite our repeated efforts to submit all necessary supporting documents, we have not seen any progress. It has been over 14 days since we last received an automated response from the KYC team, and we are still awaiting further updates. Can someone please investigate our case and provide guidance on the current status of our account and how we can resolve this issue?

This situation has profoundly harmed our business. We're extremely frustrated because we can't operate as planned. The stock we have at FBA has become unsellable due to the restrictions. Additionally, we are unable to ship millions of dollars' worth of fully paid stock from overseas, also due to these restrictions. The KYC team’s failure to address our case promptly has left us feeling completely helpless and in the dark.
