Yes, I use https://parcelapp.net/. There’s Apps for iOS and Android, plus a web interface. You can scan the barcodes or add tracking choices manually. It tracks RM parcels via fully tracked services and 2D barcodes.

The only downside is that you need to either manually add the 2D ones or else scan and then edit the full QR code down to just the bit that appears on the label. I have reached out to the developer to get this fixed.
