New Account Suspended
Hi All,
Recently created my account Saturday the 8th of June and got suspended straight away because believe i didn’t give the letter of authorization which rectified straight away and sent back on the morning of Sunday the 9th of June and also sent an email to ‘seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk’ to which i received the response below.
Hello,
Your Amazon.co.uk account is under review. During the review process, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.co.uk.
You will be requested to verify your identity, business information, or both within 24 hours. Please log in to your Seller Central account and complete the requested steps for verification.
I have done this and it has now been 24 hours so have followed up the email with the following
Dear Sir/Madam,
I sent an email on Sunday the 9th of June and opened a case to ask why my account had been suspended after creating it was then asked to provide a letter of authorization which I did so and then submitted it to yourselves. I received a reply back from yourselves at 11:49am with following reply shown at the bottom of this email.
• I have provided all requested identity & business information that has been requested.
• I have waited for 24 hours for you to request any additional information you may need from myself.
• I have checked and completed all requested steps in my Seller Central Account.
Can I please have an update at your earliest convenience to get this resolved and I can provide any additional information you may need as soon possible to move this verification process forward. Please contact me on xxxxxxxx if you need anything from me to help you with your verification process.
Am i missing something here that is obvious as i have not got any response yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yer already been on the on the phone and had an escalation done.
So let me get this straight i paid 30 pound for a pro seller account and then im told i have to wait up to 30 days before i get verified? Before any one mentions yes i know i can downgrade to individual and get a refund for the amount but it just strike me as weird that company as big as Amazon treats their customers this way.
