Pallet lost in FC Centre
Amazon have lost a full pallet of goods in a FC Centre, i have opened a case in seller support, which is being investigated by the internal team. This has been under investigation by the internal team for 6 months now and its not resolved. who can i escalate this issue to as it shouldn't take this long to investigate if they can locate this pallet.

I’m facing a similar issue—Amazon lost a full pallet from my shipment , and I’ve provided all the necessary documents, including manufacturer invoices and photos of the pallets. However, my case has also been closed without resolution. It’s been under investigation for months, and despite following up with Seller Support, the issue remains unresolved.
