Rival Seller sending death threats over Generic item sales :/
Email sent to seller support - anyone have experience of this on here before? ----- On 3rd - 6th May inclusive I received several emails from another seller regarding the selling of “their” product. The emails included messages of a threatening manner - including death threats to my family and admitting that they had bought my product, left negative feedback and sent " inauthentic" reports to have my inventory suspended, Can you please investigate this matter as a matter of urgency, I have previously spoken with someone who has promised to look into the matter asap.
A lot of the messages are sent in Chinese which when translated are very offensive and don’t make me feel very safe as a seller on Amazon ----- thanking you in advance for some advice.

Report the seller immediately to Amazon - emphasizing the death threats. You could also report to Police and tell Amazon that you will be doing this so they take it seriously.

I would escalate this as a complaint to the MD’s office (managingdirector@amazon.co.uk) as they have a duty of care for misuse of their message system and as already suggested involve the police.

You need to open a case with seller support and provide screenshots of all the messages. A similar thing happened to me last year. There was an Italian seller who was messaging me with death threats. Later, he sent me a photo of his plane ticket and claimed that he is going to visit me that weekend.
This was too much for me, so I posted a thread about it on the forum and they banned the seller from Amazon 2 days later. The seller never came to my house but all the threats stopped. I hope that you get it resolved as well.
