SFP this weekend
Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP)
We chose a Sunday to ship, and NOT a Saturday, as you only have to do 1 day over a weekend on SFP as you will likely know. My Question, is about this Sunday. We have only just been informed that DPD are closed, so they do not collect. Amazon show that day is a Bank Holiday, so do not expect us to send anything.
Please can anyone therefore confirm that Sellers do not have any penalties as we are closed on a Saturday, and Amazon and DPD made us close on the Sunday this week.
We also contacted DPD about a Saturday collection, for this week only, but as no notice given to us by Amazon, nor DPD, they do not think they can collect on that day instead. As that would be optional anyway, assume not an issue.
I cannot find anything that says on a weekend where 1 day is mandatory closed, that we must swap to the other weekend day.
I have asked SS, and said: Please do not be vague, be specific. But I know they will just may it my choice what we do, rather than specify anything!
Any Mods know?

SS replied twice so far with generic information about having to ship over a weekend on SFP, which we all know.
Ignored the specific query as usual, does a Seller have to alter to Saturday shipping, as Sunday is a Bank Holiday. OR, as shipping set up only for Sunday, then nothing has to alter, and no SFP this weekend. As AMAZON closed down the Sunday, and not the Seller.

Hello @Seller_IQo80d99W2DzP,
Thank you for your question!
Please, refer to Quick Tip: Enable holiday mode.
As per Seller-Fulfilled Prime FAQ:
When is the cut-off time for dispatch?
Regardless of the shipping speed selected by the customer, Prime and non-Prime Premium shipping orders must be dispatched on the same working day the order is received, as long as the customer places the order before your cut-off time. You are required to have a minimum order cut-off time of 4:00 p.m. for Prime orders and 2:00 p.m. local time for non-Prime Premium shipping orders. This means that all Prime orders received in your system by 4:00 p.m. local time must be dispatched the same day. Orders received after the cut-off time will have a “must-ship-by” date of the following working day.
Hope this helps!
Julia.
