FBA Sellers Heads Up
Regardless of your settings Amazon will dispose of inventory. We have everything set to be returned to us, yet every month they throw away a dozen or so products, sometimes even with condition "sellable".
To see if they have tossed your inventory go to reports > fullfillment > inventory ledger > detailed view > event type adjustments, uncheck all except "inventory disposed of" and then date range the last year and search it.
Based on Amazon's new rule you only have 60 days to request reimbursement or you're just out the product and often the money as well. This is in conjunction with lose inbound and lost outbound products.
