If you have received an outstanding response from your fellow seller or one of the moderators, you can mark it as the most helpful reply for easy access for anyone checking the thread for a similar query.

The “Mark as most helpful reply“ can only be chosen by the Original Poster, and indicates the post that was most helpful to the Original Poster in their discussion.

The most helpful reply would then be displayed on top of the thread:

An added benefit to marking most helpful replies is the ability to search them later. When viewing existing discussions, you can now use a quick filter to show discussions where the “Most helpful replies” are present.

We're excited to announce the launch of our new "Follow" feature here on the Seller Forum, ensuring you never miss updates on the conversations that matter most to you.

This new feature is simple to use!

Just click the new "Follow" button on any discussion you're interested in and you'll receive a notification in your Notifications section whenever there's new activity.

A summary of discussions you're following will be visible in the "Following" tab on the homepage, discussions page and your profile.

Note: The ability to follow other sellers will be available soon.

Do you want to quote one or more forum members in a reply post? To quote someone:

• Highlight a sentence or part of a post

• Click the “Quote” button that pops up automatically

The quote will now be visible in a reply window, where you can complete your reply post.
