Since Saturday 15th Feb we have lost featured offer on all our listings suddenly
@Spencer_Amazon below are some of our ASIN's, there seems to be a blanket deactivation of our featured offer across all our listings on both brands we sell under, pluX and GreenMingle

I must express some concerns. Many sellers feel left in the dark regarding the new VTR policy, and often, moderators do not answer our queries. This makes following a discussion frustrating and seemingly pointless if major questions remain unanswered.
I doubt Sarah will actually answer me, but I remain optimistic that one day, a moderator might engage with a clear and precise, rather than cut-and-paste, reply.
When will Amazon clear the VTR confusion? Will there be a "VTR Part 2: The Return" to address our ongoing concerns?
Thank you for your attention to these issues, please surprise me and give me a firm answer?
Nested replies make it impossible to follow discussions.
You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear!
Rather than being able to follow certain discussions (which is possibly a useful change), the biggest and most pressing issue that needs to be changed with the forum are the nested replies - it is simply awful, and so many replies to specific issues are lost and cannot be found without reading through the whole thread and all the hidden replies. PLEASE can this be escalated to the IT team - it has been a constant source of complaint since it was introduced. The forum should be for we sellers, so please listen to us.
I like the Follow function I have been using it on a thread I have been following and it is great to know when new replies are posted.
What would be even better though is when you click the link in notifications it took you directly to the new post. At the moment it just takes you to the top post and you have to search through the whole thread to find the update.
Other than that just have a way of ordering the threads by newest posts. The order by newest is fine if the latest update is a reply to the original post. If it is a nested reply you have no chance of finding it.
As others say the nested replies really don't work very well on large threads.
Thank you, Sarah_Amazon ,
While the "Follow Discussions" feature is intended to help, it becomes ineffective if Amazon closes discussions or does not respond to valid questions. We understand that not all questions may have a clear answer. However, when merchants repeatedly ask moderators several questions about different policies and receive no response, it raises concerns about the forum's purpose. In that is it just "amazon`s newsletter".
We feel that the forum is not that supportive of merchants. Despite the intention behind the feature, Amazon rarely answers the questions posed by merchants.
Thus, you will not reply to this either post.
Just to add to what others have already said...innovations like this are are of no use for long threads full of nested replies.
With the previous version of the forum, it was easy to find the latest posts when threads were updated.
It is now virtually impossible without wasting lots of time clicking though numerous 'replies to replies' to find the latest post.
Straightforward chronological listing of replies would be far preferable to the current layout.
The nested replies format might make sense for someone who is coming to a thread for the first time and who wants to read every single post in random order, but for those of us who have already read and/or engaged with an existing thread, it is incredibly frustrating and off-putting.
You often find yourself clicking through endless sub-threads to find one single new post (which, as often as not, adds little to the conversation...).
