Missing payments
Hi everybody,
I’ve have 14 orders in total on my Amazon account - all orders has been shipped on the same day there were made, and all the orders I delivered. This is for the period between November and January the 30.
When I look at transactions on my account, it only says I have 5 orders/transactions, and hereby I can see the order numbers where the transactions comes from. The first 3 orders I have in the transaction overview is the first 3, and the last 2 is from end January, so I miss the period between December and up to end January?
I contacted support last day, and they said I was missing identity information on my account (which I didn’t knew) and they said this was the reason I haven’t got any payouts (but I have received 5/14).
Now the identity information is accepted and everything is fine, but I do still not see the transactions, and seems like there is no payouts coming up, for the last 9 orders.
When I look up at each order, it just says the customer paid, tracking number/invoice is uploaded, products has been delivered, but I haven’t got my payment.
Anyone know what I should do?
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for your post and for using the forums.
When you view the manage orders page it will display orders from all marketplaces. The information you view on the transaction pages are for the current marketplace your account is set to. To view the order payments for the other marketplaces you need to switch your account to each one.
If you check the orders on the Manage Orders page you will see something similar to this on each order:
--*** (Order ID)
Buyer name:
[Name]
Fulfilment method: Seller
Sales channel: Amazon.co.uk
Fulfilment method: Seller
Sales channel: Amazon.co.uk shows which marketplace the item was sold on. To view payment for the order you need to view the transactions of Amazon.co.uk.
If you are unable to see the transactions for orders you feel are missing please contact seller support directly through your account with the Order IDs so that they can investigate for you.
I hope this helps.
Jessica
