Sent inventory to amazon and it says 0 units received
I sent an inventory through UPS which sent it through Evri to amazon on 18/11/2022. Now the shipment is closed but my amazon account says ‘0 units received’.
I have provided proof of inventory ownership (invoice and a contract). But I still cannot believe how this could happen. Has anybody experienced this before and how did you handle it.

Go into Seller Central. Find the Shipment, then open the ‘Contents’ tab. You’ll be able to raise a case there for missing items.
