Why Did Amazon Allow Unknown Users to Become Admins of My Brand?
I received an email notifying me of a request to join my brand (see example below). Almost simultaneously, I got another email stating that a new user had been added to my brand "Orcavian" in Brand Registry.

- I never approved or rejected any request, yet I lost all user permissions for this brand.
- The brand still appears under "Total registered brands," but it’s missing from my User Permissions page—likely because the unauthorized admin removed my access.

Key facts:
- I never assigned Administrator rights to anyone.
- The brand legally belongs to me (my name is on the trademark certificate as the owner).
- This is the same account I used to register and get the brand approved on Amazon.

I’ve already opened a case with Brand Registry Support, but they told me to "contact the Administrator." How am I supposed to do that when:
- I don’t even know who this admin is?
- Even if I did, they could just ignore me?

This is a critical security breach. Has anyone faced this before? How can I regain control of my brand? Any advice or escalation paths would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @Seller_ogkRXk88uXF4u
First off, I can see that you are still an admin on this brand in question.
Second, I recommend going into your Brand Registry portal (not Seller Central) and see if you can remove this other account by going to "Manage" then "Manage selling accounts". If that doesn't yield the results you're looking for, open a case from the Brand Registry portal with Brand Registry support and give them the background information. It does look like this other account may be you but from another country being set up. Have you set up selling in any other country recently?
