Hello,
We are a tech company that has been selling on Amazon for about 6 months. In the last 3 months, we’ve successfully reached over 200 orders. However, what feels strange is that we have literally zero feedback or ratings—no good or bad, just 0.
We have no A-Z claims, no chargebacks, and a 100% delivery rate. All customers seem happy, but we still have no ratings.
Is this normal for new sellers ? @Julia_Amzn @Sarah_Amzn
yes perfectly normal but be careful and don't solicit feedback from customers can easily backfire
People are far more likely to leave bad feedback than good. Regular Amazon buyers will be sick to death of the emails requesting feedback thay day after delivery so delete them straight away if the transaction has gone smoothly.
On Amazon no seller feedback is good feedback, take it as a compliment.
Hello @Seller_BZtrHUhneFeUl,
I am Spencer with Amazon.
Have you opened a case with Seller Support? If so, let me know what they said.
