In a loop with seller support and need help
Hi.
I am reaching out with an ongoing issue I have regarding ASIN - B07W72SBNV Case - 7065932492
They are (Food and Safety Team) requesting that I update my ingredients list to match our product label. We are the brand owner and no one else sells this item.
This is the only requirement left before the limitations can be lifted. all other issues have been resolved.
We have updated our ingredients list on the product description (under suggest a change) in our main text using HTML.
The issue seems to be that the dedicated ingredients field that amazon offer along with other fields like brand and size is missing. We are unable to find or edit this field so that we can be compliant.
We have reached out to Amazon’s main support and been told we will not be able to find or edit this field until the listing has been restored.
It seems we are stuck in a loop because of this. The listing has not been live for over 2 weeks.
Can anyone give us some advice?
If we can edit the ingredient field list before the product is reviewed again it would be really helpful and save time. I fear they will keep asking us to update the ingredient field not knowing we are unable to edit it and may even stop replying to us. It currently takes around 3 days to get a response from them and fear its been looked at by a bot and needs human attention.
I genuinely appreciate any help with this issue.
