Question regarding Defect Rate possible account suspension

Hi all

I have a question and I hope I will get an answer.

I sell in German marketplace via FBA as well as FBM, if my Order Defect Rate exceed 1% in Seller Fulfilled (FBM) and do not recover but the Order Defect Rate for my Amazon Fulfilled (FBA) is less than 1% and remain, will my German account be suspended for both FBM and for FBA or it could only be suspended for FBM?

I appreciate your help on this matter

Nobody but Amazon can really answer that question.
But assuming that it’s just a blip and you continue to take orders, then it shouldn’t be suspended.

I have contacted Amazon Account Health, they said in worst case scenario, only my FBM offers will be deactivated but I can still sell through FBA but I still have my doubts because sometime Amazon customer service, they don’t provide you with the right information.

Can I please ask for all your exeprts help, what do you think? Only my FBM offers will be deactivated or my German marketplace account will be suspended?

Hello @pdiyou ,

This is Abella from Amazon and would help you with your questions.

Thank you @NEil for your inputs.

From the post above, I understand that you have concerns with Order defect rate.

If your account is impacted and is at risk of de-activation due to high ODR you will be notified in regards with this in Performance notification with the details of impacted one, Amazon Fulfilled or Merchant fulfilled.

If you did not received any such Performance notification then we would request you to look at your impacted orders, try to find the reason for why the customers are raising complaints and take pro active actions accordingly.

Note: We would request you to look at your Order Defect rate and make a plan to get back on track by identifying the reason behind the defects and how will you ensure or what plan would you put so that these are being taken care and avoided in the future.

If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.

Regards,
Abella.
