Buyer wants money back from 2020 order

A buyer has asked for a refund saying the book was cancelled [not correct] and there was no refund in November 2020. Amazon confirms it was sent.
Imagine we are on a loser if buyer does an A to Z with Amazon, but really how far back can people claim with Amazon? Buyer wins, seller loses again/

Theoretically, they could contact support and they could open an A-Z claim.
However, even if they do, it’s likely that at the worst, Amazon will fund it.
None receipt claims are only valid with 90 days.

Don’t refund at all until you get the item back. Amazon allow up to 12 months for returns.

I have had two requests for refunds from 2020 too. Both customers stating they didnt receive the parcel even though this is delivered on tracking.
It might just be me, but it seems strange this has just started happening, I wonder if this is a loophole someone has just found.
