Custom pricing issues
Hoping a mod can assist with this one.... A few weeks ago we set up custom pricing specifically for government and education buyers. We could offer a pretty decent discount cause the manufacturer offers discounts/rebates for public sector sales. However, we're seeing several orders come through with this special pricing that are definitely not government or education. For example, we've gotten a few auto companies, and construction customer and Amazon itself purchasing with this special pricing. I'm guessing this is a glitch in Amazon's system because they do have options for custom pricing for auto and construction companies as well, however this is becoming a problem for us because our only options are to cancel orders or loose money. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Or is there something we can do to insure that only the correct people are receiving this pricing?

Tatiana from Amazon here -- I'm just coming across your thread. I think you might be referring to business pricing, but I might need a bit more context. If this is case, it's important to note that those pricing rules are open to anyone who has an Amazon Business account.
If you are referring to a different pricing policy, go ahead and provide me with a Seller Support case ID so I can get a bit more context.
