Account suspension during secondary user addition

Hi,

I tried to add a secondary user to my account. Amazon failed the verification for some reason and suspended my account. I reapplied for the same secondary user with new documents with the same details and the user got verified. But amazon still not reactivating the account. How to proceed?

I was adding an additional secondary user. I already have two secondary users who were added using the same procedure. Account verification was completed a couple of months ago after the submission of all the details of the company and bank account. There were five active listings as well.

I am from Pakistan, but the account and secondary user details were from UAE.

So what do you think is the issue? I added the same secondary user with the same details but added a newer utility bill and it was verified.

I recently added a secondary user and gave her permissions for refunds and that initiated a verification process. I was informed via a performance notification that I had 60 days to re submit and get her re verified or our account would be suspended. Presumably you got a notice like this? It wasn’t via email but in our performance notification page.

It was a right headache as there was a bug with her permissions page and there wasn’t anywhere to actually re submit her documents as it was showing her as already verified. I spoke to support so many times and was given incorrect information that it was showing as verified as no action was needed! There was too much at stake for me to trust Amazon customer reps. I wanted an answer from the verification team directly. I persisted and eventually got the email address of the department that deals with secondary user verifications and its user-permission-verification@amazon.co.uk. It felt like I had to do the chasing with this verification, as they only responded to me with an update after I emailed them. I got conformation our secondary user fully verified on day 42

Secondary user verification may be a red herring and separate issue as the notification said you had 14 days. Looks like it could be a verification issue with your main account.
