It's been 10 days of waiting and i still didn't receive my payment
I Request a payment from amazon on 28 may now it’s 8 June there’s been 10 days and i still didn’t receive my payment. I am very disappointed because this is a rare case ever happened in my life. i contacted payooner my bank where i receive my payment 17 times and i contacted Amazon 8 Times in past 4 days but nothing seems good reply from both side. amazon is saying that we have completed your payment and send to your bank (payooner).but payooner is saying that we didn’t receive your payment from amazon. amazon also send me the transaction’s Signature ID YUIKZZ4HNBFF. but payoneer is saying that we cannot allocate your payment throught this transaction id. please ask amazon for Payment id consist of 9 digit number. this is not 9 digit number payment id. i am very frustrating and exhausted i have contacted both so many time but nothing help from them. i am literally very confused because I don’t know where my payment is or what is the status of payment. Do i get my payment or not. these questions are literally sick my brain 24/7 all the day. i am very sad that i didn’t receive my payment and i do zero mistake because i also confirmed amazon to check and match the bank detail i linked in deposit method and the bank detail is also correct. I didn’t know why this is happened to me. please amazon help me with this matter and send my payment as soon as possible. because i contacted so many times to you get nothing good reply from you. I am literally sick of that. please resolve my issue if you do i will be very very thankful to you.
